Use LiftPace as a workout log, not medical advice.
LiftPace helps you record training, review past workouts, estimate strength, and plan targets. It does not replace coaching, medical guidance, or your own judgment in the gym.
You are responsible for the messages you send, the workouts you perform, and any progress cards you share. Do not use LiftPace to store sensitive information unrelated to workout logging.
Paid features are handled through Stripe. Manage or cancel subscriptions through the billing portal or through the payment method controls Stripe provides.
Service availability depends on LiftPace and third-party services used for bot delivery, AI parsing, billing, sign-in, email delivery, hosting, and data storage.
